Why the name?
We know, we know… Chilli sounds like a cheeky nod to “hot candidates," but truth be told, the name came about in a bit of a rush. A long term client of our director called her in a hiring panic, and we needed a name, fast. “Chilli” felt punchy, fun, and a little unusual for our industry. We figured it was just a placeholder and never expected it to stick.
Spoiler alert: it stuck! And here we are, bringing the heat to recruitment ever since.
